Dunham Counseling and Isenberg & Associates have each progressed on separate paths to ultimately merge into a successful multi-office private practice.  Isenberg & Associates has operated for some 35 years while Dunham Counseling opened in 2006 as a start-up. 

Through our experience operating the practices, we acquired unique practice development experience to help others in private practice to grow.   We can teach the practice management skills to run a successful practice and understand the many clinical, ethical, business and marketing challenges that counseling practitioners face.  Our business experience can help clinicians to develop a strategic business plan to generate referrals, market and manage the practice.

As the owner of both Dunham Counseling and Isenberg & Associates, Jeff Larson has gone through many phases of a private practice, starting with a start-up private practice with Dunham Counseling, to acquiring Isenberg & Associates and forming a larger group practice. 

Jeff Larson, can help private practice therapists succeed that want to contract with managed care insurance or those who wish to leave managed care system while maintaining an active and lucrative practice.
